The hotel provides a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, the downtown area, and the Alaska Railroad Depot. Guests can call for pickups at any time, including early morning departures as early as 4:00 a.m. The shuttle fleet includes a 9-passenger van and a 14-passenger van to accommodate groups.

A complimentary hot breakfast is served daily from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. during summer months. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, toast, coffee, and juice. For guests leaving before 6:00 a.m., the hotel prepares individually wrapped bread and coffee as early as 3:00 a.m.

Guest rooms include cable TV, free wired internet, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Rooms are available as queen rooms, queen rooms with two queen beds, and king rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, and heating.

The Rice Garden restaurant is located next to the hotel and serves American and Chinese cuisine. Several fast-food restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel does not operate its own restaurant.
